These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 9kbd platform and all associated services. When you use our services through the 9kbd website, mobile site, or any other channel, you automatically agree to these Terms.

9kbd is intended only for individuals who have reached the legal age for online gaming in their jurisdiction under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) and who are legally permitted to use this service.

Account Registration & Verification

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account at 9kbd, you must meet the following requirements:

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your login credentials, password, and account. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorization, notify our support team immediately. 9kbd is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 Verification Process

9kbd reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold. Any delay in submitting the required documents is entirely the user's responsibility.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods

9kbd currently accepts deposits through Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial services. Supported methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Any deposit below the set minimum will be automatically rejected.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

3.3 Source of Funds

All funds deposited at 9kbd must come from entirely legitimate sources. Accounts linked to money laundering or any other illegal financial activity will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

9kbd offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳42,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 → Total balance ৳62,000.

The bonus amount will never exceed ৳20,000, as this is the maximum limit.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to bonuses, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

4.3 Bonus Terms of Use

• The bonus is issued once only and is non-transferable.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from the bonus balance; only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
• If an attempt is made to abuse the bonus system through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
• 9kbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• A bonus may not apply to certain games or game categories — contact the support team for details.

4.4 VIP Cashback Program

Regular players at 9kbd can enjoy weekly cashback through the VIP program. The tiers and cashback rates are listed below:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to higher tiers is determined by your activity and participation on the platform.

Gaming Policy & Fair Play

5.1 Fair Play Policy

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:
